SHIPPING AND HANDLING

If you have any issues with delivery of an item, please email us in the first instance at shop@aquasurf.co.uk 

We aim to pack and ship all orders received within 24 hours, either by Courier or Royal Mail.

Delivery Charges are based on the total value in your Shopping Basket and are shown in your basket before checkout.

Shipping charges shown at the checkout are for UK deliveries. Any delivery enquiries from outside the UK - please contact us prior to placing an order and we can advise best way to post.

We are not responsible for any import tax or custom charges applied by your own country. If an item is refused at customs by the customer, the import charge still requires payment. By refusing a parcel, this will come back to us but, the import charge will still stand and will be deducted from the cost of the item being sent back.
