• If you wish to cancel your stay for any reason please give us more than 7 days notice, if you do so and we manage to re-sell your bed spaces you will be offered a 50% refund.
• If we are unable to re-sell your bed spaces the full payment will be retained by Aquasurf.
• Any deposit paid to Aquasurf is non- refundable.
• Every Guest who stays at Aquasurf will be required to pay a £30 cash security and good behaviour deposit.

   

• PROCEDURE FOR LOSS OF BOND / EVICTION:

1. Guests concerned are given a verbal warning.
2. If the verbal warning is broken you may each lose your £30 good behaviour and security bond.
3. A third action will result in the entire group concerned being evicted from the lodge immediately with NO REFUND given for the remainder of your stay.

NB: In order for your group to continue your stay you must replace any bond money lost by the group. If you fail to do so you forfeit the rest of your stay, you will be asked to leave and there will be NO REFUND of booking monies.
