We have a two stylish apartments available for summer bookings in St Austel, Cornwall.

We have one, one bedroom flat to rent which includes a separate living room, Separate Kitchen  and en-suite Shower room. The flat is a new build and has been decorated to a high standard, there is a large TV in he living room and the flat is fully furnished.  This apartment is only £350 per week in low season and £400 per week in High season.

We also have one, one bedroom studio flat, which includes a private kitchen and living area and an en-suite shower room. This flat is also a new build and has been decorated to a high standard. It has also been fully furnished. This apartment is only £300 per week in low season and £350 per week in high season.

Both apartments come with a double bed and also a pull out sofa so they are perfect for couples or families. The Apartments are close to beautiful Cornish surroundings which are quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing family break.

If you would be travelling by Car the one bedroom flat has a private car parking space. There is also residential parking for the one bedroom studio flat. If you are travelling by train the station is only a 5 minute walk to both Apartments.

Attractions....

St Austel has many attractions and one being the famous Eden Project. Both flats are only a 10 minute drive to the Eden Project. And there are also regular bus routes. The town centre is also a 10  minute walk. And the flats are close to local amenities .i.e. cost cutter, boots etc...Both flats are also a 10 minute drive to the beautifull Charlestown harbour and Carlyon Bay.... come on......explore Cornwall!
